I live in Royston in England, which is a small market town and has an ancient cave in the town centre. Also in the town is a large stone called the "Roysia Stone." Can you find out what the stone was for? Royston still holds a market two or three times a week but the days of taking your sheep or cattle to market have gone now. I will be visiting Royston Cave very soon.

My Dad's from Middlesbrough. We often go there and we also visit Whitby, we often stay in a caravan or camp in a tent which is great because we can make new friends.  The people there are very friendly and I like to visit the different places like Goathland, where the TV series "Heartbeat" was filmed, there are lots of parks there such as Flamingo Land.

We also go to the Isle of Wight and Canary Islands for holidays sometimes.  I hope to be going to Cornwall soon too.
